Before the conference the experts met for two days to prepare common speeches and workshops. The first day was reserved to getting to know each other. Not what we do, but who we are, what moves us – as „mediation moves“ has a lot of personal components. The goal was to get into deep listening, really taking on the advantage that only professional listeners came together. Combined with beautiful nature and a everyone´s readiness to really engage, we got to know ourselves a bit more too.
