Dr Kyselova’s expertise lies in the study of Alternative Dispute Resolution, access to justice, mediation and dialogue facilitation as mechanisms of conflict resolution and transformation. She has a background in law and sociology and currently pursues interdisciplinary approach to research. Apart from Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, Dr. Kyselova teaches and conducts research at the Center for Peace Mediation, European University Viadrina, Frankfurt/Oder, University of Giessen, and Queen Mary University of London. Dr. Kyselova was a Marie Curie postdoctoral fellow at the University of Torino, Italy (2015-2017) with the research project on impediments to mediation and dialogue in Ukraine. She has been working with professional community of mediators in Ukraine for the last 15 years advising them on the modes of self-regulation and methodology of mediation and mediation training. She has also served as an advisor to the Parliamentary Drafting Committee on Mediation Law and as a consultant on mediation and peacebuilding to international organizations including Council of Europe, International Finance Corporation/World Bank Group, USAID, OSCE and UN Development Program.

Dr. Kyselovas Expertise liegt in der Erforschung der alternativen Streitbeilegung, des Zugangs zur Justiz, der Mediation und der Dialogförderung als Mechanismen der Konfliktlösung und Transformation. Sie hat einen juristischen und soziologischen Hintergrund und verfolgt derzeit einen interdisziplinären Forschungsansatz. Neben der Kyiv-Mohyla Akademie lehrt und forscht Dr. Kyselova am Center for Peace Mediation, der Europa-Universität Viadrina, Frankfurt/Oder, der Universität Gießen und der Queen Mary University of London. Dr. Kyselova war Marie-Curie-Postdoktorandin an der Universität von Turin, Italien (2015-2017) mit dem Forschungsprojekt über Hindernisse für Mediation und Dialog in der Ukraine. Sie hat auch als Beraterin des parlamentarischen Redaktionsausschusses für Mediationsrecht und als Beraterin für Mediation und Friedensförderung für internationale Organisationen wie den Europarat, die International Finance Corporation/World Bank Group, USAID, die OSZE und das UN-Entwicklungsprogramm gearbeitet.
