Katja Windisch is a sociologist, practicing supervisor and mediator at SDM-FSM and director of the perspectiva training institute in Basel.
As a lecturer she teaches at the perspectiva training institute, the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland and is a trainer of the Swiss Bar Association SAV.

Katja Windisch studied sociology, human geography and MGU (Human-Society-Environment) at the Universities of Leipzig and Basel and received her doctorate in development sociology. She completed various advanced training courses in the areas of university didactics, leadership, project and conflict management as well as mediation and supervision training at the perspectiva training institute.
After wirking as a scientific fellow at the Sociological Institute of the University of Basel and many years of management of the Department of Social Sciences at the University of Basel and teaching activities at the Universities of Basel and Berlin (Humboldt University), she took over the management of the perspectiva training institute in Basel in January 2017.
She is the mother of two sons and one daughter and lives with her family in Basel.

Katja Windisch ist Soziologin, praktizierende Supervisorin und Mediatorin SDM-FSM und Geschäftsleiterin des Ausbildungsinstituts perspectiva in Basel.
Als Lehrbeauftragte und Dozentin unterrichtet sie u.a. am Ausbildungsinstitut perspectiva, der Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz und ist Trainerin des Schweizerischen Anwaltsverbands SAV.
Mitglied des Mediations-Teams Basel
Katja Windisch studierte an den Universitäten Leipzig und Basel Soziologie, Humangeographie und MGU (Mensch-Gesellschaft-Umwelt) und promovierte im Fachbereich Entwicklungssoziologie. Sie absolvierte verschiedene Fort- und Weiterbildungen in den Bereichen Hochschuldidaktik, Führung, Projekt- und Konfliktmanagement sowie die Mediations- und Supervisionsausbildung am Ausbildungsinstitut perspectiva.
Nach einer wissenschaftlichen Assistenz am Soziologischen Institut der Universität Basel und langjähriger Geschäftsleitung des Departements Gesellschaftswissenschaften der Universität Basel sowie Lehrtätigkeiten an den Universitäten Basel und Berlin (Humboldt-Universität) hat sie im Januar 2017 die Geschäftsleitung des Ausbildungsinstituts perspectiva in Basel übernommen.
Sie ist Mutter zweier Söhne und einer Tochter und lebt mit ihrer Familie in Basel.
