Greg Bond teaches mediation, negotiation and cross-cultural communication in commercial law, management and MBA programmes at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Wildau, near Berlin, Germany. At the university, he manages a conflict advisory service for staff and students and he directs the language centre.
He works as a mediator and moderator, particularly in workplace mediation and team development, and as a mediation trainer. He trains professionals in peer coaching. He has worked on numerous intensive cross-cultural training programs with international students around the world. He has his own mediation and coaching business, bond and bond, and he blogs regularly on Kluwer Mediation Blog. He is a member of working groups for the ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition, Paris, and CDRC Vienna | The IBA-VIAC Negotiation and Mediation Competition.
He has an MA in mediation from the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt / Oder, Germany, and a PhD in German literature and an MA in European Literature. He has published widely on mediation, including a casebook, Mediation Practice: 8 Cultures, 16 Cases, 128 Creative Solutions (Paris: ICC, 2016), and a book of training roleplays, International Commercial Mediation Role-Plays (ed. with Colin J Wall; Paris: ICC, 2015). His most recent book publication is a collection of creative writing by students, European Narratives. Twenty International Students Tell Their Own Stories of Europe (Wildau 2017).

Greg Bond unterrichtet Mediation, Verhandlung und interkulturelle Kommunikation in den Bereichen Wirtschaftsrecht, Management und MBA an der Technischen Fachhochschule Wildau bei Berlin. An der Universität leitet er eine Konfliktberatung für Mitarbeiter und Studenten und leitet das Sprachenzentrum.
